Splattered Feel Better Soon (MIX7)

This card was made from inspiration by Jennifer McGuire's video about using Inktense Pencils:

http://www.jennifermcguireink.com/2013/03/video-inktense-background.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+typepad%2F1204932784s6756%2Fmy_weblog+%28Jennifer+McGuire%2C+ink.%29

It was entered into the Splitcoast Mix Ability Challenge (MIX7) which called for watering down any medium and splattering it ...so I splattered the card with Gelatos by Faber-Castell.

Double Magnolias from Sweet n' Sassy Digital Stamps with sentiment from same company's digital set For Encouragement.
I entered this one in the Mix Ability MIX7 Challenge at Splitcoast for the Splatter Technique. I used Twinkling H2Os with a paint brush and splattered the card base (and everything on my desk!) with Golden Rose.

Cactus Hello Friend Card CC417

When I showed this card to my husband he said he would like to have a set to send to friends..so, wah lah I made 6 more!
The digital image is from Lia Maries Design Studio at ShopHandmade.com. It was colored with Inktense pencils with water...a little touch of red gelato intensifies the red flower. The sentiment is from Rubbernecker Stamps. A little smudged Blue Distress Ink finishes the picture.

I think this color combo can be entered into today's Color Challenge  CC417 with the blue, green and touch of yellow.....at Splitcoast.

CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #18 (CTS18)

This valentine card was made with a white panel poped up on a white base card. The ribbon was attached to the panel, as was the heart and the sentiment from SU Holiday Words set. Ink was Memento Lady Bug.
I am entering it in the CAS(e) Sketch Challenge 18.

Muse Challenge # 8 Card

This card was inspired by Therese Calvird's design for Muse Challenge 8. I have watched her videos for awhile and always learn something new.
The flower stamp is by Hero Arts and was colored with Copics and outlined with black gloss pen. The sentiment is from Rubberneckers Stamps. The designer paper is from Gina K Designs.
